Who We Are
Rougue Valley Masters is a workout group registered under the Oregon Masters Swimming Local Masters Swimming Club (LMSC) of the parent organization United States Masters Swimming. We welcome all to come swim with us! Most of us swim for fitness, while several of us also like to compete. Rogue Valley Masters (RVM) was founded in Ashland, Oregon and is a community-based swim team with dedicated swimmers of all ages and abilities. Currently, we share coaching responsibilities among our members, rotating each swimmer through a schedule. It allows for variety in the workouts and lowers our operational costs. Feel free to contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We can also be contacted on our Rogue Valley Masters Facebook Page.
